Getting started
Create a free account, open your workspace, and start from a blank form or template. Publish when you're ready to collect responses.
Brand import
Open Design in the builder, paste your website URL, and import colors, logo, and company context. Pro plans unlock unlimited imports in your workspace.
Integrations
Connect Slack, Google Sheets, webhooks, Stripe, Razorpay, and CRM tools from the Integrate tab. Each published form can route submissions to the tools your team already uses.
Sharing and embeds
Publish a form to get a public link and iframe embed code from the Share tab. Embed works on marketing sites, help centers, and product onboarding flows.
