Agreement

By creating an account or using Solid Forms, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Solid Forms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Your content

You retain ownership of forms, branding assets, and submission data you create. You grant Solid Forms the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from respondents and for complying with laws that apply to your forms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Solid Forms to distribute malware, send unlawful spam, collect sensitive data without appropriate safeguards, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk for other customers.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence shown at checkout unless cancelled. Feature availability depends on your active plan and entitlements.

Enterprise agreements may include separate order forms, data processing terms, or HIPAA business associate agreements.
