Solid Forms helps teams build and publish forms. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, workspace, and published forms.
If you use Solid Forms on behalf of an organization, your administrator may control certain workspace settings including SSO, HIPAA mode, and data retention.
Information we collect
Account data such as your email address, name, workspace membership, and billing status.
Form content you create, including questions, branding, settings, and submission responses uploaded by respondents.
Usage data such as feature usage, AI actions, integration delivery logs, and activity events for enterprise workspaces.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the product, provide customer support, secure accounts, process payments, and improve reliability.
AI features send prompts and responses to our model providers only to deliver the feature you requested, such as form generation, adaptive follow-ups, or response analysis.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with infrastructure providers required to run Solid Forms, including hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, and payment processors.
Integrations you connect (Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Stripe, and others) receive submission data according to your configuration.
